SCAR CAMOUFLAGE CONSULTATION Once your consultation appointment is scheduled. I will email you a Health History form that you can email back to me. You may also send with photos that clearly show the area proposed for the proceedure or I will take them at the appointment. We will review these during your consultation appointment. We have options when it comes to consultations! Send me a crisp clean photo or two of the area for the proceedure and a selfie in an email. (I love to see who I am talking to!) It is very important the photos show exactly what I will be working on in order to give an accurate quote. After the photos are received we can continue in a variey of ways: Via PHONE or EMAIL. We can also do an IN-PERSON consultation or virtual consultation. I want to use your time efficiantly and your comfort is my highest priority. After we have reviewed the forms, talked about the process and discussed the plan and anticipated costs, ou’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions you have and we'll schedule your procedure.
